Father's Day Adventures!

 This was my outfit for father's day!  Tried to show my inner super hero!

Here is the breakdown of my outfit!

 This stuff was great, I usually don't like energy drinks, but this was one of the best I ever had!

 My hubby and I went to a vintage clothing store in the downtown district, I found these vintage go-go boots! They were exactly my size, but sadly I chose not to get them, since the heels are so tall, I know I will break my ankle again wearing these, even though they looked hott on me, I decided beauty is not worth a severely broken ankle sine I have broken it several times! oh well, the price was perfect too, only 38 bucks! but I at least wanted to pose in them....sigh.

 Stopped into this old bookstore with pre owned books, I was very pleased to see these 2 cats! reminded me of my college home town's old book store! The tabby was sleepy and didn't feel like socializing, but this one right above, was a super sweet gentleman kitty (His name is padrick) and he greeted me and welcomed me into this book shop he calls home!

Pastel Explosion!

 Are any of you loving pastels as much as I am? I threw this ensemble together on a whim!

 My feet have eyes today! yay!

 Here I am at an antique store, this was a very pastely room, lots of lavenders and pinks, i can see myself owning these things as an old granny someday!

 I found this Cinderella doll just sitting on a dresser, had to get a snap shot!

 Cool retro plastic dishes! I ended up going home with some very similar to this, my hubby has no idea where to put them!

 Another vintage My little pony to add to my collection!  She is in really good condition too!

And also came home with this antique unicorn! isn't he cute!

Jam Packed Post!

 Hello everybody!  Sorry for my lack of posts, I have been super duper busy these last couple of weeks. This is a post jammed packed tight with multiple days and photos!

 This is how I looked for one of my work days! I just love my bear clippy!!

 My hubby made this risotto, it had saffron in it, it was sooooo good!

 This is me on my 5th wedding anniversary!  It was a wonderful day!

 Was at a farmer's market, and caught a snap of these beautiful flowers! The pink was so lively and bright! I want an article of clothing in that colour!

 Went to Omaha for a getaway day trip with my man, and stopped by this anime store!

 I picked up this anime figurine....

 Also got this Tuxedo Sam Penguin Plush!

 And also picked up this cute ChocoCat Ring!

 Also drove 300 miles back to my parent's home to rest and relax for 3 days before returning to my crazy work life!  I miss the Kansas Wheat fields!

 The old lady kitty that lives at my parent's, this is Scarlet, She just turned 17 back on the 6th (and also on my wedding anniversary!)

 Back home, took a nap, and this is what I wore for a shopping excursion!  

 Mmmmmmm.....NOODLES! My hubby got off work early and took me out to this Vietnamese place, and I decided to get a big ass bowl of noodles!  

 This is a really cool photo I took! Wheat and pastels always look good together!

Now I am home, watching TV and snuggling with my cats, but I have to return to work today! eeeeek!

Nice Day For Sweet Treats, Bubbly Soda, And Shopping!

 Like my new watch?! It's Kuromi! (property and design of Sanrio) got this from a toy store! I just love digital watches, I've had a strange fascination of them since I was in preschool!

 Today I went with the mister to this local soda pop novelty shop, they have literally 100's of different sodas and kawaii treats to choose from! I also went there to pick up some of this grape soda my sister really likes since I am headed her way this time next week, I haven't seen my family in 6 months!

 These hello kitty strawberry mini cookies are the best! I haven't tried the kerroppi ones yet, but in a few more days, I will pick some up as a snack for my long drive to see my family!

 My second martian gal, look at her gnarly stems, they glitter bright orange!

 I also picked up this pink android bot!  I will put her on my desk at work, my green droid was getting kinda lonely!

Perfect day off, now I am at home enjoying the nice weather, my hubby is napping, he is so tired, poor fella!

Hope you all had a great weekend, my 5th wedding anniversary is coming up in 4 days! I know we will be going out for a romantic dinner! yay!

I got ALOT of compliments on my outfit today!  

Most of my accessories come from awesome Etsy shops which I have mentioned in various posts, including this one!  I always support handmade by other folks! There are sooooo many talented peeps out there making great things I am willing to fork over hard earned money for! GO HANDMADE!

 At my local hangout with my hubby getting a pick me up on this cloudy rainy day!  Yummy Cold Taro Milk Tea! I like it not only cause of the sweetness, but it's a cool pastel lavender color!  I eat andI drink anything that's a cool color!

I am ordering some paints, canvases, and an easel online today, I used to be an art major in college, and I sure miss painting, so an upcoming post may show the works of some really cute paintings!
